2. Matching Process

Once a potential match is found, we arrange a 30-minute video call. This allows both parties to ask questions, share expectations, and get to know each other.

After the call, if both sides feel comfortable, they begin developing a trusting relationship, staying connected throughout the entire journey.

3. Medical Process

Your medical records are sent for review to the IVF clinic.

If your medical records are approved for surrogacy, the next steps are:

Psychological Evaluation appointment with a licensed psychiatrist.

Medical screening appointment at the IVF clinic (labs & ultrasound).
-
Travel to the clinic will be necessary.
-

Once labs approved, medical clearance is granted by the clinic, and we can proceed to the legal process.

4. Legal Process

Obtain independent legal representation for both you and the intended parents.

We will assign qualified attorneys to guide you through the process.

Create a surrogacy agreement outlining rights, compensation and responsibilities.

Sign the legal contract with a notary public from the comfort of your home.

Once legal clearance is achieved, the IVF clinic will create your transfer calendar.

5. Medication & Embryo Transfer Calendar

Receive medication calendar and embryo transfer date.
-
This is tailored to your availability and work schedule.

Start cycle suppression and self-injections.
-
There is an option to receive guidance through virtual video calls with a nurse for support and instructions.

Undergo the embryo transfer at the IVF clinic followed by pregnancy confirmation.

Participate in regular monitoring to ensure the pregnancy is progressing smoothly.

6. Pregnancy & Obstetrics (OB) Care

Attend regular OB appointments with a provider in your surrogacy health insurance network to monitor the pregnancy.

Pre-Birth Order (PBO):

Work with your legal team to establish a PBO, ensuring the intended parents gain custody of the baby at birth.

Receive support from your case manager and access to psychological care as needed.

Get comprehensive guidance throughout the pregnancy process to ensure a healthy journey.

7. Delivery and Postpartum Care

Collaborate with your OB/GYN to create a personalized birth plan.

Welcome the baby at a hospital (within your surrogate friendly health insurance network) in your community, with the intended parents by your side.

Enjoy ongoing support for your recovery and emotional well-being after delivery.

Receive any remaining compensation as outlined in your agreement, ensuring a smooth transition to this new chapter.
